PCPCS Announces 2012 Leadership Council

The Pennsylvania Coalition of Public Charter Schools would like to congratulate the newly elected 2012 Leadership Council. The Leadership Council were nominated and voted on by their peers to represent the diverse geographic regions of Pennsylvania and are responsible for the following:
- To elect Charter School Leaders Trustees to the Board
- To provide critical input and advice to the Coalition’s staff about programs and services including particularly any annual conference held and professional development services offered;
- To enable the Coalition to speak collectively for charter schools in Pennsylvania.

UPDATE:
The Leaders Council elected Joanne Barnett from PA Virtual in Norristown and Karen Schade from School Lane Charter School in Bensalem to the Leaders Council. Joanne will fill an open position representing the Central Region and Karen will be one of the representatives from the Eastern Region.
