CHARTERS IN DEMAND! MaST Community Charter School Holds its Annual Lottery!

MaST Community Charter School held its annual lottery to determine admission to its school this past Tuesday.  A total of 11,540 applications have been submitted to fill roughly 150 open spots. For Kindergarten alone, there were over 1,680 applications for 104 available seats.

The Governor of Puerto Rico Ricardo Rossello recently visited one of our member schools while visiting the Philadelphia area! He was so impressed with what he saw at Antonia Pantoja Charter School that he invited them to PR to talk to the Department of Education in San Juan about charters!
