On Wednesday, Ana and Brandie visited Baden Academy in Baden, PA. While there, Ana and Brandie were greeted with a live performance of the National School Choice Week Dance by a group of wonderful dancers! Later, at an assembly, the students were treated to their own dance performance by principal Craig Jeffers!
On Wednesday, Ana and Brandie visited Chester County Family Academy in West Chester, PA. CCFA is K-2 school that provides education to the underprivileged children in West Chester that come from poverty stricken, broken homes and don’t have the resources necessary to go into the mainstream school system.
On Tuesday, Ana and Brandie visited Reach Cyber in Dauphin County. Reach Cyber opened in June 2016 with 468 students and today has grown to over 2,100 students! In addition, the number of students with an IEP has more than doubled in just 6 months!
Earlier today, Ana had the pleasure to visit Urban Pathways K-5 College Charter School in downtown Pittsburgh during their Learning Partnership Meeting Day. This day takes place three times a year and is a time when parents, students and teachers are able to sit down and not only discuss student progress,
Ana visited Franklin Towne Charter High School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Franklin Towne Charter High School is a National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence with over 1,200 kids and 96% graduation rate!
Ana was able to visit Propel Northside last week after the National School Choice Week event in Pittsburgh. She really enjoyed meeting all the students, visiting their classrooms and learning about Project Team, a program that encourages good behavior through teamwork with 6 foundations for culture that serve as the base of the program: problem solving,
