Ana had the opportunity to visit Charter School of Excellence this week in Erie. What she saw while visiting the two high schools and middle school was a totally unique program that is truly focusing on the individual needs of every student and preparing them with life skills that will be essential in the real world upon graduation.
Ana was at Keystone Education Center Charter School in Greenville this week. Keystone Charter School was the first charter school in the Commonwealth and was founded in 1997 with the passing of Act 22.
The school was established to address the needs of a wide variety of students who have difficulty functioning in the traditional public school environment.
