Last week, our Director of Operations and Data Analytics, Brandie Karpew was thrilled to participate as a judge at the 1st Annual Career Development Conference Competition hosted by Jobs for America’s Graduates. Brandie was a judge for the Entrepreneurship category where teams of students presented their ideas to the judges in ‘Shark Tank’ style. After the student’s presentations, the judges were able to ask hard-hitting questions about the proposal in order to assess the viability of the project. The winners of the competition presented an innovative idea of establishing a community of tiny houses to provide temporary housing for the homeless in large cities.
