The MacMain Law Group’s Education Law Practice, led by Brian Leinhauser, a former school teacher, is experienced in representing charter schools and helping them navigate the multitude of issues facing educational institutions and their leaders such as special education, employment contracts and negotiations, student safety and discipline, lease and contract negotiations, charter acquisition, renewal and defense and compliance issues.
