The Pennsylvania Athletic Oversight Committee, the legislative committee that oversees the PIAA, conducted public hearing on Monday, June 18, in Harrisburg to discuss the idea of separate championships for public and private schools, as well as other issues in Pennsylvania high school athletics. The oversight committee has three House members and three senators. PCPCS was invited to testify. Mike Bariski, Athletic Director at Lincoln Park Performing Arts Charter School testified on our behalf since Ana was at the National Alliance of Public Charter Schools Conference in Austin, TX.
