PA Distance Learning Charter School’s CEO Testifies Before The Senate Education Committee

This morning, Patricia Rossetti, the CEO of  the PA Distance Learning Charter School and a member of the PCPCS Advisory Council, testified before the Senate Education Committee on how PA’s public cyber charter schools have successfully adapted to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.
