This morning, PCPCS sent a letter to Secretary Pedro Rivera at the PA Department of Education (PDE) to express our concerns with Governor Wolf’s charter school “reform” proposal and request details on PDE’s development of the new regulations/policies Wolf has instituted. PCPCS specifically asked for information about Wolf’s proposed caps on charter school enrollment and the “fee for services” the Governor wants PDE to start charging charter schools.
