The statewide coalition of public charter schools welcomes head of Lincoln Charter School

HARRISBURG (April 19, 2022) –  The Pennsylvania Coalition of Public Charter Schools (PCPCS), the statewide coalition and the voice for the 170,000 public charter school students and school communities across the Keystone State, is pleased to announce Dr. Anne Clark as the next Chief Operating Officer (CEO) for the Coalition.

Dr. Clark is from York, PA where she has been an educator for 20 years.  She most recently was the CEO at Lincoln Charter School and has been part of the leadership team for the past ten years focusing on community outreach and advocacy.  Under Clark’s leadership, the school’s academics improved, social and emotional learning goals were achieved, and she led the school through the COVID-19 pandemic.

Dr. Anne Clark earned a Doctorate in Human Services at Capella University with a concentration in Leadership and Organizational Management. She completed her Superintendent Letter of Eligibility at Point Park University.  In addition, Clark holds a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education, a Certificate in School Leadership from Point Park University, and a Certificate in Non-Profit Leadership and Management from Temple University.
