We made you aware via our newsletters that per Act 44 of 2018, all Safety & Security Coordinators are required to make a report to their school board no later than June 30, 2019 on their school’s current safety and security practices. The report should also identify strategies to improve school safety and security. The report is to be presented to the school board during an executive session, and then is to be submitted to the School Safety and Security Committee at the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD). The report is not subject to the Right-to-Know Law.
