This morning, the Pennsylvania Coalition of Public Charter Schools (PCPCS) sent a letter to the House Education Committee in regards to a request that was made for data and information from PA’s cyber charter schools. The letter addressed several concerns that PCPCS had in regards to the information requested, the timeline imposed on the schools and the singling out of these schools by the Committee.
A copy of the letter sent to the Committee can be found here.
The Pennsylvania Coalition of Public Charter Schools (PCPCS), is the state’s largest and most active organization advocating for both brick-and-mortar and cyber charter schools. PCPCS represents the majority of the Commonwealth’s 180 charter schools, including 13 of the 15 cyber charter schools.
